You are always welcome to return/exchange products.


A-Return Policy:

1- Defective Products:
Return Period: You can request a replacement product within 30 days from the date of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect.

Inspection Procedures:
The defective product will be inspected at the agent’s service center within 14 business days.
If the inspection confirms a defect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
If no defect is confirmed, the product will be returned to you, and you may bear the shipping costs.

Conditions that are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Damage resulting from misuse.

2- Non-Defective Products:
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unsealed, and with all accessories and promotional items returned.

Online Return:

The return decision will be made within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

Refund and Exchange
Exchange: The product will be replaced with a new one after the agent determines that the product has a manufacturing defect, provided the product is available in stock. If not, the amount will be refunded.

Refunds:
The amount will be refunded within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the return request.

Returns will be made using the same original payment method. If payment is made in cash, we will coordinate with you.
